Ramos on loan from Borussia Dortmund, in a deal that will see him move to Chinese club Chongqing Dangdai Lifan at the end of the season.
Granada and Chongqing Dangdai Lifan are both owned by Lizhang Jiang, a Shanghai-based businessman.

Andreas Pereira added a third goal before Ramos’ determined solo effort to finish off his own rebound put the result beyond doubt in the 64th.
Both Granada’s Pereira and Betis’ Nahuel Leiva earned direct red cards in the 66th when they had a scuffle.
Petros Dos Santos scored Betis’ consolation goal in the 75th.
Granada, which started the match with 11 players of distinct nationalities, remained in the relegation zone.
While, Betis remained in 13th place and saw its winless streak reach five rounds.
