  • Barcelona chiefs have headed to London to meet their Liverpool counterparts to discuss a possible move for Philippe Coutinho.
  • Paris Saint-Germain will have to give guarantees to transfer target Neymar that the club won’t face any sanctions over the potential deal to bring him to Ligue 1. The news comes after it was revealed PSG would have to offload players in order to afford to pay the 25-year-old the salary he has been offered.
  • Barcelona don’t want to part with the Brazilian playmaker but if Paris Saint-Germain pay the astronomical €222m (£198m) release clause there is nothing they can do.
